A moment with Laura Liles, founder of Kinga Csilla.

11/04/2023

Laura Liles, the creative powerhouse behind Kinga Csilla had over 10 years of experience in the fashion industry before launching her own brand. Propelled forward by not only her creative drive, but a desire to break the mould of cliche fashion work environments and create a culture that has a positive impact for its employees. The result? An effortlessly cool brand that is creating good in the world. Need we say more.

What was the driving passion behind creating Kinga Csilla?
Designing and making clothes feels quite natural to me, it’s a real flow and part of who I am but its not what drove me to start Kinga.

When I started I wanted and still strive to make a nice working environment. Here at HQ and for anyone that works with us. I want to run a fashion business thats kind and not a cliche cut throat work place.
