We make this commitment as soon as your order is processed and the funds are distributed to our charity partners each month, therefore we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. However, for items over $500, you can return the item and we are happy to offer you an e-store credit valid for 3 months from time of purchase.

100% of profits is what is left after you pay fixed overheads, staff, expenses and plan for growth and expansion (all the things that keep a business operating). We crunched the numbers and found that 100% of our expected profits roughly equates to the same as 30% of the purchase price of each garment. This means that with every single purchase, we commit a guaranteed percentage to our charity partners, which is a littler scarier for us, but more transparent for the customer. At the end of the financial year, we sit down and go through our profit and loss statement, and whatever additional profit we’ve accrued, goes to our cause partners.
