Shipping

WORN FOR GOOD COMPLIES WITH AUSTRALIAN FAIR TRADE POLICIES. PLEASE READ THE BELOW CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING. BY PURCHASING WITH WORN FOR GOOD YOU ARE AGREEING TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

All online orders are processed and shipped between Tuesday through Saturday. Standard orders placed between Monday to Friday should arrive within 3-5 working days from the time your order has been shipped. For rural and remote areas, please allow an additional 1-2 working days. Express Post items are being prioritised, but can take 5 business days or more to arrive due to Coronavirus delays. Please note public holidays may effect the delivery date. Once your order is processed you will receive a confirmation email from Worn for Good with tracking information. 

We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand. All orders are shipped using Australia Post. A flat rate of $10 applies for regular shipping, and $15 for express shipping. Tracking numbers will be sent via email.

We offer international shipping for orders over AU$250. Please get in touch and we can provide you with a quote for shipping to your country.

For any special delivery instructions please include these in the ‘notes’ section during checkout. 

Please note that all product pricing indicated and payments made on this site are in Australian dollars.

Returns + Refunds

We are a social enterprise that commits 100% of our profits to charity. Given the nature of our business model and that our funds are distributed to our cause partners each quarter, we are unable to offer refunds, however we are happy to organise a credit note for you to use towards an exchange, which is valid for 12 months. We request that you arrange your credit note with us within 30 days of the purchase date.*Please note original shipping and return shipping are not reimbursed.

- Sale items, items purchased on sale or using a discount code (online or in store)
*The above categories are only eligible for refund if faulty or damaged beyond what was already stated in the item description.

FAULTY/DAMAGED ITEMS

Please read the item descriptions carefully upon placing your order, as preloved pieces are sold 'as is'. We undertake a thorough inspection of each piece prior to listing, however sometimes clothing has slight flaws (which we think adds to their story). These will always be included in the item description. 

Condition guidelines:
Brand new, with tags = perfect condition, tags still attached  
Brand new, never worn = perfect condition, no signs of wear 
Loved  = great condition, only worn a handful of times
Very loved = lived, loved and worn, ready for a new home

SIZING

Given we sell a wide range of brands and designers, we cannot take responsibility for sizing issues for each brand. We encourage you to research the brand and their sizing charts before purchasing.
