COVID 19 - Please note, while we are currently dispatching all online orders twice weekly, we expect there may be some slight delays from our shipping carriers, caused by the ever evolving COVID-19 situation. Additionally, due to the COVID-19 response please note Australia Post has advised that in order to minimise the health risk to you and AusPost staff all parcels will no longer require a signature for delivery within Australia. You will still need to be present for the parcel to be delivered, but there will be minimal contact as the parcel will be left at the door and no signature is required.

All online orders are processed and shipped on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Orders placed between Monday to Friday should arrive within 3-5 working days from the time your order has been shipped. For rural and remote areas, please allow an additional 1-2 working days. Please note public holidays may effect the delivery date. Once your order is processed you will receive a confirmation email from Worn for Good with tracking information.
We are currently only shipping to Australia and New Zealand. All orders are shipped using Australia Post. A flat rate of $10 for orders under this amount, and $15 for express shipping. Tracking numbers will be sent via email.

Please note that all product pricing indicated and payments made on this site are in Australian dollars.

We make this commitment as soon as your order is processed and the funds are distributed to our cause partners each month, therefore we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. However, for an item over $500, we are happy to organise a e-store credit for you to use towards an exchange, valid for 6 months from time of purchase. Please note original shipping and return shipping are not reimbursed.
Please read the item descriptions carefully upon placing your order, as preloved pieces are sold 'as is'. We undertake a thorough inspection of each piece prior to listing, however sometimes clothing has slight flaws (which we think adds to their story). These will always be included in the item description.
Given we sell a wide range of brands and designers, we cannot take responsibility for sizing issues for each brand. We encourage you to research the brand and their sizing charts before purchasing.
